What's the price show on your website?
The price on our website is retail price include the shipping cost, but NOT inlude the wedding accessories such as the gloves and veils.
What if I can't find a particular wedding gown/dress design I'm looking for?
If you like to have a wedding gown/dress design that we do not show here, please send us a picture of it and description of it.
How do I choose size for my dress?
On the dress style big picture order page, there is a size chart. You may choose the size number from the chart that fits. If you do not like to use the chart, or, no size from these size charts fit you, you may simply choose "my own size" and enter your own measurements (bust/waist/hip) in the "Additional Comment" area, without using the size chart. We offer plus/small sizes the same prices.
What other colors you have for the dress style I like?
We offer almost any popular colors, for every style, including Gold, Lavender, Ivory, Navy, L Blue, Sage, White, Red Floral, Green Floral, Sky Blue, Carmine, etc. If you have a specific color you like, please email us or enter it in the comment area on order form and we will confirm with you.
What is your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
• We guarantee all our dress with high quality. If our dress not good quality, customer can return back the dress.
• You can cancel or make an exchange of your wedding gown dress, within 24 hours after ordering the dress
• You will only receive a 70% refund for the purchase price when you cancel the order during the process of making the dress.(The process lasted for 3 weeks since you ordered online).

Do you ship international?
Yes we do ship worldwide, including United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy, South Korea, Portugal, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Hong Kong, Spain, Japan, Singapore, and other countries and areas.
What is the delivery time for orders?
We have able to delivery dress very fast. Normally it take 2 - 3 weeks for Custom orders and delivery time about 4- 10 days for shipping.
Can i choose Rush order service?
Yes, we can accept rush order service, as follow:
1, 7 days rush order, mean take 7 days time to make, and shipping time 3-7 days.
2, 14 days rush order, mean take 14 days time to make, and shipping time 3-7 days.
When should I order?
Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible, normally can't less than 1 month. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.
How will I be notified of my order status?
We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is imperative the customer includes an email address on their order.
The first email is sent immediately after an order is sent to our email address. The next email is sent 7 - 10 business days thereafter to confirm your order has been placed with the designer and will include the estimated shipping of your order to our location. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and will include the tracking number.
Can I see fabric swatches before ordering?
We do have fabric swatches available for purchase of only $20 per fabric type such as satin, chiffon and Martin, but you need to pay the shipping cost.
Can I have a gown made to my measurement?
Of course yes. We can make the dress in your own size. and we will not charge extra fees for custom-made service. You may send us your special measurements according to our size guide.
How should I clean my beautiful wedding dress?
First of all, ALWAYS get your dress cleaned after wearing. If it is not cleaned in a reasonable amount of time after wearing a yellowing of the fabric may result from prolonged storage. ALWAYS take your bridal dress to a professional cleaner that specializes in bridal dresses. Your normal cleaner may damage the precious dress by using the wrong chemicals.
Is the color of the picture display the same color as the dress?
Not always. Your monitor and color correction utilities may change the colors. Different brands, lighting in the room, and other variables can also make your eyes receiving different color information. Do not use pictures and magazines as color swatches since different brands of ink on different types of paper may have different feel. Ask the store to show you sample swatches and allow for slight dye-lot difference.
